01 The Farm Pitching Program

A six-month pathway for pitchers who are in it for the long arc.

Our signature program — exclusive to The Farm. A structured, cohort-based development pathway that balances arm care, strength, and on-mound performance. Created and led by Major-League instructors for pitchers serious about getting better, season over season.

01

Arm care

Year-round arm-care protocols — recovery, mobility, and load management built into every session. Healthy arms first, velo second.

02

Mechanics

Movement assessment, video review, and individualized drill packages. Repeatable mechanics that hold up in the seventh inning.

03

Strength & conditioning

Pitching-specific strength training on the floor next to the mounds. Built and supervised by coaches who’ve been there.

04

Individual instruction

Every pitcher gets a plan — not a template. Weekly 1-on-1 work with a lead instructor, tracked across the full six months.

05

Live at-bats

Reps against real hitters in the building. The only way to translate bullpen work into game-day command.

06

Chasing the long arc

Built for development — not weekend velocity spikes. We aren’t creating an assembly line. We optimize each player based on their unique attributes.

Cohort begins · October 2026

Limited availability. Age based. 2-3 days/week. Sign up as an individual or a group.

02 Camps

Five focused camps. One discipline at a time.

Camps run year-round in the indoor facility — weather doesn’t restrict us. Skill-banded and position-specific. Pick the camp that matches the work you need right now.

01
Camp

Hitting

Tee, soft-toss, machine, and live BP across rotating stations. Approach, swing decisions, and contact quality.

02
Camp

Pitching

Bullpens, mechanics labs, and command games on instrumented mounds. Recovery and arm-care built in.

03
Camp

Infield

Footwork, exchange, range, and double-play work. Live ground-ball circuits at game speed.

04
Camp

Catching

Receiving, blocking, throws-down, and game-calling. The most demanding position on the diamond.

05
Camp

Speed & agility

First-step quickness, change-of-direction, and base-running. Lateral mechanics and conditioning.

03 Clinics

Clinics for the people who run the game.

Players aren’t the only ones who need reps. We host dedicated clinics for the coaches and umpires whose work shapes Indiana baseball.

For coaches
01

Coaches’ Clinic

A half-day clinic for travel-ball, high-school, and youth-rec coaches. Drill design, practice planning, in-game decision making, and player-development frameworks — taught by coaches who’ve worked at every level from Little League to the Show.

  • Practice design & drill curriculum
  • Player development across age bands
  • In-game decisions: pitching, lineup, situational
  • CHAMPIONS character framework
For umpires
02

Umpires’ Clinic

A mechanics-and-judgment clinic for amateur and youth-league umpires. Plate work, base mechanics, rotations, and rules updates — plus live reps with our coaches and players in the cage and on the field.

  • Plate-stance mechanics & strike zone
  • Base rotations & two-umpire systems
  • Annual rules-of-baseball updates
  • Live rep sessions with players
04 Accessibility

Cost should never be the reason a kid doesn’t play.

The Farm is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit because access matters. If a player wants to join a program or a family wants a Farm membership but finances are in the way, we want to hear from you — quietly, without process, without judgment. Scholarships and sliding-scale options exist for exactly this reason.

Reach out. We’ll figure it out together.

One message gets you to a human. Tell us what you’re looking for and what’s standing in the way — we’ll match you to the right program, the right session, and the right level of support. No long forms, no proof-of-need paperwork.
