The Farm is an Indianapolis-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit baseball facility. This page explains what information The Farm collects through this website, how that information is used, and the cookies the site does — and does not — use. The aim is to collect as little as possible.
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand general, aggregated visitor trends — such as which pages are viewed and which sites refer traffic. This analytics is privacy-friendly and cookieless: it sets no cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect personally identifiable information. There are no advertising or marketing pixels on this site.
Any cookies that may be set are strictly necessary for the website to load and function securely. These do not identify you personally and are not used to profile or target you.
The site may also store a small amount of information in your browser's local storage for functional purposes — for example, remembering that you have already dismissed or signed up through the newsletter prompt so it is not shown to you again. This information stays on your device, does not identify you personally, and is not used for tracking, profiling, or advertising.

The only personal information collected is what you choose to submit through the contact form — typically your name, email address, phone number, and message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
The contact form is delivered through a third-party form service (Formspree), which processes the submission in order to route your message to The Farm. The Farm does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
This website is hosted on Vercel, uses Vercel Web Analytics for cookieless visitor measurement, uses Formspree to deliver contact-form messages, and uses Fillout to process newsletter sign-ups. These providers process limited technical data (such as an IP address) as needed to deliver the service securely. Please review their respective privacy practices.
You may request that The Farm access, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings. To make a request, email The Farm using the address below.
The Farm serves families and young athletes, and asks that parents or guardians submit contact information on behalf of minors. The Farm does not knowingly collect more personal information from children than is necessary to respond to an inquiry.
This policy may be updated from time to time. When it is, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
